Hi Paul,

My truck arrived Wednesday about 3:30PM. Donna and I went to pick it up and our son Scott came over last night to give it a test drive. We all were impressed.

I drove my truck to work today. My Manager had his "Retiring luncheon this afternoon at a local restaurant and all thirty of the department employees came to the parking lot to see what I have been waiting on.
They all gave the truck an A+ upon inspection!

I cannot say enough about Paul and Sherry. Aside from the fact that they had the exact car I wanted, the process of buying through them couldn't have left me feeling better.

They're an independent, family owned and run place, so you deal with Paul and/or Sherry directly. Want to buy a car at 9pm from a high pressure salesman? Try a big dealership. Want to buy a car from people who will look you in the eye later? Check them out here. I especially liked the no haggle approach, and the quality of cars they had on the lot. They're not over priced, not under priced, just fair priced. There are special touches such as going off the lot with brand new tires from Les Schwab (and not the bottom rung either) that Paul put on before he felt comfortable selling the vehicle. The vehicles were clean, the lot was well cared for, and I got what I wanted, not handed off to the "finance manager" for the door polish plan. They do have a company they offer warranties through, but there was zero pressure to the offer.

The next time I or my wife are looking for a quality used car, they'll be our first call. Honestly, I'll even wait if they don't have what I want in stock. Genuinely good human beings, and an excellent experience.

My parents bought a new car from Paul and Sherry a couple of weeks ago after my mom got into a car accident. My 12 year old car had started to become a hassle and with a reconstructed title and the car very quickly approaching 100k miles, I wanted to get rid of it and get into something I trusted. I have been car shopping in the past and my boyfriend and I have even purchased a vehicle from a larger dealership. My parents insisted I stop by Paul Christensen Motor Co just to check it out. We were pressured at the other dealership and pushed to walk away with a car we weren't even sold on.

Working with Paul at Paul Christensen Motor Co was easy and smooth. There was no pressure and he treated us with kindness and attention. He was fair and worked with us to get the car we wanted and even included a transmission service since the car was approaching 60k miles and one would be due soon. THAT is going the extra mile to make sure the client is taken care of.

Next time we look for a car, we WILL be returning to Paul with our business and will be referring people to him.

We just purchased a 2004 Buick Century from Paul Christensen Motor Company in Vancouver, WA. I had been looking for another one for some time. We did look at a 2005 that he had. It was a nice car, but I wanted one that did not have leather seats. About 2 days later he had one on the lot with cloth seats. It was just what I was looking for. It had some chips in the windshield and when I brought it to Paul's attention, he ordered a new one put in. Now how is that for customer service?
Paul's wife, Sherry, was very friendly and personable also. They said they had been in business for many years and now I can see why they have such a good business.
